Led the development of DetachLog as Professor at ETHZ. Built up the German Institute of Food Technology. Acted as docent of the Technocal University of Munich. Member of industrial and governmental advisory boards.

Frederique Delahaye, CEO

Frederique Delahaye, CEO
Holds a master in Business Administration from HEC Paris. Led innovation teams in chocolate and coffee by Nestlé for 15 years. Scaled up several SMEs and startups as CEO during the past 10 years in the food and technology sectors.

Dr Johannes Burkard, CTO

Holds a PhD in Food Process Engineering, focusing on advancing additive manufacturing in foods, with experience in the Swiss food and start-up ecosystem.

Daniel Kiechel, Mechanical Engineer 

Extensive experience in the development, design, and construction of experimental and process equipment, as well as precision measurement devices in the food industry.

Prof. Dr. Gabor Székely

Gabor Székely is an expert in Medtech, specializing in Medical Image Analysis, Computational Life Science, Surgical Planning, and Biomedical IT. He has a strong business and management background, having developed computer support systems at Bruker Spectrospin. Gabor is a full professor, the Director of the Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research, and a co-founder and Board Member of Virtamed. He also heads the MedTech initiative at the Commission for Technology and Innovation.


Dr. Barbara Keller

Dr. Barbara Keller, a seasoned professional in food chemistry and microbiology, has demonstrated excellence in impactful roles at Unilever, showcasing adeptness in both European and global functions, while her pivotal contributions to food control at Kantonales Laboratorium St Gallen underscore her commitment to ensuring the safety and quality of food products, reflecting a dynamic career that seamlessly integrates scientific expertise and business management.


Jürg Stucki

Financial Advisor 
Jürg Stucki, an experienced financial advisor and entrepreneur, brings extensive banking and business acumen to his consultancy and board roles. With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Bern, his expertise spans wealth management, corporate advisory, and investment banking. After a distinguished 36-year career at UBS, Jürg established himself as an independent consultant at HSM Finanz und Beratung AG, while also serving as an innovation expert for KTI Bern. Renowned for his strategic insights and project management skills, he is highly valued for his contributions to private equity ventures and executive education.

Dr. Peter Braun

Peter Braun is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovation leader, currently leading BRAUN-BIC as Founder & Owner. With extensive experience in finance and innovation at Swiss Food Research, he excels in driving business success. Peter has also served as Co-Managing Director at Suisse Agro Food Leadinghouse & President of SVIAL, contributing significantly to industry leadership. Additionally, he serves as a coach at INOS, leveraging his expertise to mentor emerging talents. Peter's diverse skill set and industry knowledge make him a valuable asset in driving business growth and innovation.

Dr. Lucas Grob

Lucas Grob, CEO of Swiss Food Research, brings extensive expertise in food processing and innovation. His doctoral research at ETH Zurich focused on chocolate production optimization. Lucas co-founded microPow and gained industry experience at Barry Callebaut and Micarna SA. With a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Food Science from ETH Zurich, along with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Lucas excels in strategic planning, research, process optimization, and leadership. Endorsed by colleagues and industry experts, he remains committed to driving advancements in the food processing sector.


Dr. Yvonne Mehrle

Dr. Yvonne Mehrle is a mechanical and process engineer from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau (D). She did her PhD at the Laboratory of Food Process Engineering in the field of chocolate production and is one of the inventors of the DetachLog device. She is an expert in process optimization, having worked as Six Sigma Master Black Belt. At the University of Applied Science of Trier at Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld (D) she is involved in various international projects where additive manufacturing (3D-printing) is used to develop or optimize innovative products.


Fiorenzo Scaroni

Dr. Fiorenzo Scaroni is a expert in Biomedical Technology and Electrical Engineering, boasting extensive experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). He played a key role in designing and implementing informatics, network structures, and supercomputing capabilities. He played a pivotal role in establishing the University of Applied Sciences SUPSI, where he served as the Head of Applied Research. Additionally, he contributes as a CTI (Commission for Technology and Innovation) expert for Information and Communication Technology and actively participates in various Swiss national university committees, particularly in the areas of applied research in ICT.

Prof. Dr. Urs Moser

Urs Moser is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Biomedical Engineering, Systems-Engineering, Electronics, Analog and Digital Signal Processing, Medical Ultrasound Imaging, Ultrasound Doppler, and Electro-medical Devices. His background includes serving as an expert for medical systems at Sulzer Innotec and startup experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Additionally, he holds the position of Professor for Systems Engineering and Medical Electronics at NTB Buchs and is recognized as a Medtech expert for CTI Life Sciences.
